Still in the concept stage and awaiting approval by the council, the intention of this live music venue is to fill a much needed gap in the live music scene at the Gold Coast, offering a capacity larger than any other local club with performance capabilities. Positioned just off the happening strip of Cavill Avenue the 2 level venue will house a foyer, lounge, 2 bars, state of the art stage + sound desk, green room, mezzanine and a smoking balcony overlooking Orchid Avenue. The venue is intended to be the go-to place for visiting stars, whether performing or partying. Glamorous, sexy and dark, the venue will be filled with high quality finishes as well as bespoke furniture and lighting.
Two options were presented to the client. The first filled with various tones of gold and red with custom designed and locally made light fittings. The luxurious furnishings will add a touch of traditional elegance like that of a high end hotel. The second design reflects the fun, beachside location of the venue with eclectic light fittings and elements of copper. Modern furniture will fill the lounge with charcoal and deep blue tones not unlike the beach in the evening.
